Bryan Jones – Attorney

Bryan grew up in Sweetlake, Louisiana. His dad, J.B. Jones, II, was an attorney in Cameron, Louisiana, and inspired him to become an attorney as well. Bryan enjoys going to church, going to the gym, and hanging out with his friends and family. He is an avid supporter of the LSU Tigers and the Ragin’ Cajuns and enjoys traveling around to watch their various sporting events. See Bryan’s attorney bio.

  • Graduated from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 1992
  • Graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Lousiana, with a law degree in 1998
  • Passed the Lousiana State Bar in 1998
  • Has owned his own law practice since 2004
  • Became an authorized representative for veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs in 2008
  • Member of NOVA (National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates) and the Louisiana State Bar Association.

Diane Belanger – Paralegal And Office Manager

Diane has been a paralegal for Bryan Jones for 23 years. She loves spending time with her family and friends, which include her husband, three children, six grandchildren, her momma, and her beloved Husky, Ghost. She enjoys traveling with her husband, including going camping in their new travel trailer. She is very passionate about her job and helping veterans.

Heather Bertrand – Legal Assistant

Heather has over 15 years of experience in the legal field, with eight years of that representing veterans. She has been a legal assistant for Bryan Jones for eight years. She enjoys quality time with her friends and family, which include her husband, five children, three grandchildren, and her Cocker Spaniel, Piper. She also loves getting away a few times a month to their camp to recharge her batteries.

Kourtney Collette –  Receptionist

Kourtney has been our receptionist for two years and is learning more about veterans law daily. She and her husband have two daughters and two kitties named Penny and Pepper. She loves everything Disney and cannot wait to make a return trip to Disneyworld once her baby gets old enough. She enjoys going to church, taking walks, and going to the park with her family.
